If you choose to use our Cashless Donation Box, you are able you to accept debit and credit cards donations. Our goal is to provide you with a smooth and seamless implementation. To receive the payments for the purchases on the Donation Box you will need a contract with an acquiring bank and or a gateway.

Management tool WebMIS is the most visible part of the Creditcall Payment Gateway ecosystem enabling you to view all transaction types in one spot’.
With the purchase of a terminal you will receive a login to the Webmis portal from Creditcall.
Webmis offers an easy overview of your information on-line. You can search for and view individual or groups of transactions based on a variety of search parameters. For search queries that generate large volume of transactions WebMIS has the ability to generate Excel or CSV files immediately or on a scheduled basis.
Webmis also enable you to print receipts and if required perform a refund.

The Payter readers have a unique 'remote software download mechanism'. This safe download feature enables the software and the settings of Payter readers to be adjusted safely and remotely. Expensive service visits are no longer required and adjustments to your software can be implemented quickly and efficiently.

The terminals are certified by MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover according to the latest standards and accredited through various acquirers by the same Card scheme’s. The terminal incorporates the following security measures for data handling; SSL TLS 1.2, SRED and DUKPT which are compliant to the PCI regulations for data security. The routing of the transactions through the various gateways such as Creditcall is PCI certified. The production of the terminals is certified by MasterCard and the TüV in a Terminal Quality Management system.
The Payter terminals are capable to process off-line and on-line transactions.
All communication and encryption keys used to encrypt 'off-line' transactions and the communication to the bank are securely stored a SAM (Secure Application Module EAL 5+) which is equally secure as an EMV card.
Tampering or theft
Stay in control
All terminals can be remotely de-activated after a theft or misplacement. The terminals are designed with a number of security measures by using, amongst others, a SAM module that it is directly connected to your account. This makes the chance of tampering neglectable.
